CLASS TYPE
Haircutting Class for Stylists (Must have some experience in the field, whether you are a student or currently working as a stylist. All levels of stylists are welcome to attend.)
DESCRIPTION
In this class, David will show you the proper techniques of a straight blade or guarded razor. He will also dive into the fundamentals of weight removal, creating soft layers, making a balance and textured parameter.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
David Bullen specializes in organic and precision cutting, balayage hair painting, beachy styles and textures. He is a frequent presence at fashion week in New York and Europe. He brings a fresh and modern edge to his work in-salon and with bridal and event styling.

TOOLS REQUIRED
- Haircutting kit
- Guarded or straight razor
We will provide each student with one doll head to use during class. Students are welcome to take the doll head with them after class.
OTHER DETAILS
The class will take place at Liberty & Beauty salon in Newburgh, NY. Please arrive a little early to allow yourself time to get settled in when class begins. Class time is from 10 AM until 4PM, although we could finish sooner or a little later, depending on how the day goes.
